Comcast’s Amazing Customer Retention Plan
I’ve been trying to get through to Comcast for the last day and a half to cancel my service.
They’ve got a great customer retention plan.
It goes like this.
I call.
I get the automated system.
I hit the button to cancel my service.
I get a busy signal.
Repeat.
Brilliant!
